McLaren Construction – Worker Recognition in Health and Safety
Health and safety are at the heart of the construction industry, and we’re proud to highlight Kidanemariam, one of our skilled Traffic Marshalls/Banksmen, for his exceptional commitment in this area. While working at McLaren Construction’s prestigious Thirty High project in London, Kidanemariam was recognised for his careful attention to safely offloading trade materials, making a vital contribution to maintaining the site's high safety standards.

ESG – Top Subcontractor Safety Performance
Our Logistics team, led by Vasile Turcu at the Virtus project, has achieved outstanding recognition, including being awarded Top Subcontractor Safety Performance and supporting a perfect 100% score in the Considerate Contractor Scheme. Additionally, Gary Osbourne was named April’s Person of the Month, and the Shore Group team has now received this honour four times.
These achievements reflect the team’s exceptional attention to detail and excellence across key areas such as workspace housekeeping, safe delivery handling, working at height, proper use of protective equipment, and thorough risk assessments.
The team’s ongoing success and commitment to best practices demonstrate their ability to consistently meet and exceed client expectations. Congratulations to Vasile and the entire Logistics team for securing this impressive array of recognition.
Kier Group - Monthly Safety Awards
Our team members, Serhii Hvozdiev and Maricel Harabagiu, have been honored with safety awards at The Forum, a recognition presented by main contractor, Kier Group.
Serhii Hvozdiev has been acknowledged for his exemplary support in first aid, stepping in to assist an injured team member on-site during external work.
Maricel Harabagiu has received his award for being a reliable member of the team picking up other trade’s work to ensure finished to a good standard using his initiative to rectify including carpentry, labouring and clearing up.
We are proud of Serhii and Maricel for their exceptional contributions, which exemplify our commitment to safety and quality.
