Emily Perry – New HR Director for The Shore Group

 

The Board of The Shore Group are delighted to announce the promotion of Emily Perry to HR Director with effect from the 1st January 2020. Emily will also join the leadership team of the Shore Group alongside the other directors of the business. This promotion recognises the significant contribution Emily has made since joining the Shore Group. Emily will continue to work closely with all areas of the business focusing on people, training & performance as well as extending her remit to use her creative skills to ensure The Shore Group continues develop its people, its service and its brand over the coming years, as the world and the markets The Shore Group operate in, continue to evolve and change. 

Emily started working with The Shore Group in 2012, initially as a consultant and then on a permanent basis in 2018.  Prior to The Shore Group Emily has 15 years of HR experience, including running her own successful HR Consultancy that specialised in providing support to fast growing SME’s, was a founding member of an HR department for a contractor payroll business and has experience herself as a recruitment consultant. 

Richard Woodbridge, Group Finance Director of The Shore Group, said of the appointment “ I am delighted that Emily has taken up this position in the leadership team . It will add extra balance, clarity and expertise to the team as we start to focus on the new challenges ahead. Emily has proven herself to be a strategic thinker with great people skills, which means she is well placed to add great value to the leadership team. Emily is very highly regarded across the business.  I’m sure you will all join me in wishing Emily well in the new role.” 

Emily said “I am really excited to have been offered the opportunity to become the HR Director at The Shore Group.  I have enjoyed seeing the business grow over the years and am looking forward to being part of the leadership team, and working with the wider business in 2020 and beyond”.
