The Shore Group Celebrates Construction Logistics Safety Achievements
Some of The People Making Our Sites Safer
At The Shore Group, safety is everyone's responsibility. Here are just a few of the people who have been recognised recently for helping make our sites safer.

Alin Barbu introduced a new radio communication system to improve how vehicle movements are managed across site. He also earned praise from the Principal Contractor for the professionalism of the logistics operation and the high standard of housekeeping maintained by his team.
Subcontractor of the Month – congratulations to the entire team for topping the subcontractor safety league table for the second time in three months.
Fabio – on only his second day back with The Shore Group, Fabio spotted that the site's fire plan was missing from the safety board and flagged it immediately. A small catch that made a big difference.

Vanderson De Sa was named Employee of the Month by the client for his leadership throughout the site set-up and enabling works, helping get the project off to a safe start.
Thais Marchi was awarded a Gold Card for keeping the welfare facilities consistently clean, organised and ready for the workforce.
Thiago Lima was recognised for his thorough preparation ahead of a site inspection, ensuring all documentation was in place.
Morgan Lewis (@Overbury)
Felix Ailton was praised for his leadership and resilience in bringing a challenging site up to standard.
Well done to everyone recognised here, and to our in-house Health & Safety team, who support this work day in, day out.
As we grow and deliver more projects across the UK, maintaining high standards gets harder, not easier. We don't pretend to have it all figured out, but moments like these show that the extra training and new ways of working we've introduced over the last 18 months are making a real difference where it matters most: with people making the right call on site.
Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this happen.
