We build, maintain and resource data centre projects in partnership with Tier 1 M&E and construction clients. Our in-house delivery teams give one point of accountability across multiple trade packages, taking the coordination burden off main contractors and leaving clients with one team they can rely on for the full programme.
Our services cover the full project lifecycle. On the build side: contractor packages, site logistics, civils and groundworks, builder's works, strip out and demolition, and capital projects. Through Maintain: Cat A and Cat B fit out, non-critical M&E packages, building fabric works, planned maintenance and commercial cleaning. Through Resource: trades and labour supply, white collar recruitment, executive search, and security vetting and screening, all run through our own BoostPay payroll platform.
SITE LOGISTICS
Our tailored, scalable site logistics model is built around a 12, 6 and 1 week planning framework that aligns to programme requirements from mobilisation through to completion. Services range from resource-only supply through to full turnkey site logistics, covering labour supply and security, plant and equipment, hoists and crane management, traffic and pedestrian management, waste management and recycling, site safety, protection works and construction materials consolidation.
We operate a 24x7 consolidation centre in the heart of the UK, providing 13,500 sq ft of storage and logistics capacity that flexes to project demands and supports complex plant movements across our data centre programmes.
RECRUITMENT & RESOURCING
Our Resource division provides dedicated data centre recruitment across trades and labour, white collar professional roles and executive search. Drawing on a database of over 100,000 workers and a compliance-led vetting process, we supply security-cleared operatives quickly and consistently, whether that is a single appointment or a full project team. We place electricians, pipefitters, project managers, commercial managers, quantity surveyors and site managers, all with experience in live critical environments. For senior appointments, our executive search capability is built on deep sector knowledge and a strong network of construction and data centre industry professionals.
OUR TRACK RECORD
We have delivered for T Clarke at the Echelon data centre in Docklands across a three-year programme, managing the full site logistics operation including delivery management strategy, traffic and vehicle movement, waste management and fire safety. Safety inspection scores of 99% were recorded throughout. Our performance directly led to additional scope awards.
At a major data centre in Hemel Hempstead, we are delivering a full turnkey logistics and site solution appointed by the M&E contractor, with our Civils team providing site setup, pre-con support and groundworks alongside the core logistics operation and a range of builder's works undertaken too demonstrating the breadth of what we bring to a single programme.
