Our expertise spans a large range of projects from small house builds to multi-million point urban developments. We work closely with clients to bring project goals to life, proactively overcoming the challenges which every project faces. Taking the risk and stress out of managing a full-scale project, our specialisms include engineering, planning, creation, and design of the infrastructure working closely with our client’s requirements.
Our groundworks expertise spans the full spectrum: drainage systems and infrastructure installation, vacuum excavation, reinforced concrete works, incoming utility ducting, external finishings, and soft landscaping. Whether it's purpose-built student accommodation with basement works, luxury residential schemes, or major infrastructure projects, we bring the same commitment to quality and safety standards.
PRE-CON EXPERTISE
Our dedicated Commercial and Pre-Con team works in partnership with project teams to optimise construction roadmaps, enhance project efficiency, and maintain rigorous cost control. We don't just execute plans – we help shape them, providing detailed logistics planning, site access strategies, utilities coordination, and temporary works solutions that prevent problems before they arise.
Our Civils division is backed by our in-house Business Services division including comprehensive compliance processes, 10 accreditations including CHAS, Builders Profile and Constructionline and an impactful CSR programme. Risk Management is embedded into our ways of working, with end-to-end continual oversight of workers and contractors on-site.
Our skilled team is focused on managing safety to a standard that requires zero intervention and always prioritises H&S excellence. Working in partnership with our compliance department, ensures our whole team are fluent in procedures for supporting safe working on-site.

We partner with clients to deliver the biggest projects across Kent, Sussex and the Home Counties. Each project is handed over with a snag-free high-quality product, complete with a documented sub-contractor quality management plan and chain of evidence for the client.

Our project delivery is only as strong as every member of our team. We nurture a happy, healthy and productive working environment for all employees with a focus on positive mental health. Every team member is provided continual development and training opportunities, along with well-being support to allow them to perform at their best. Partnering with training providers, we support development in courses including mental health first aiders and CSCS courses for the team on-site.
We provide ethical recruitment, working closely with our charity partners to provide opportunities for those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Supporting improvement in well-being and mental health, risk assessments are undertaken by charity organisations we work with and fundamentally supporting the wider community by providing opportunities for getting back into work.
Recent highlights include the high-profile £4.3m Kingsway to the Sea project in Hove – a complex city centre scheme requiring precision coordination in a high-footfall environment – and the groundworks package at a major logistics scheme in Havant.
