These are delivered either in-house via the Shore Group Logistics supply chain, or in collaboration with one of our Cluster Partners. Each service is provided as a true, open-book reflection of the actual site requirements determined by the construction roadmap, rather than the perceived needs.

By partnering with clients from the tender stage through to job completion, we remove inefficiency and cost from the operating model benefitting clients, our team and the communities we serve. Our transparent pricing model allows the client full visibility and control of site costs. Our model integrates operation interfaces, resources, delivery planning, collective materials procured/stored into a 12-, 6- and 1-week plan aligned to the construction roadmap.

s106 SUPPORT
Sustainability and social value have long been integral to our business strategy. Shore Group Logistics partners closely with clients to ensure our objectives align with project goals, particularly in meeting s61 and s106 obligations.
Our award-winning social value programmes, recognised by multiple clients for outstanding CSR achievements, have included work experience placements for students, charity fundraising and events, local community hiring, and creating career pathways for under-represented groups such as ex-offenders and refugees. Furthermore, our initiatives address waste reduction, carbon management, community engagement and employment creation.
This planning starts at the tender stage with input into all aspects of the project from material quantities, waste and recycling to s106 commitments to boosting local employment opportunities and skills developments. Through site design and programme delivery, storage and working zone allocation become critical to our delivery planning and management.
INNOVATING WASTE
We reduce project waste at source and manage waste streams to ensure the project delivers its sustainability and carbon targets. Each project’s waste management plan is defined by the Sequence Plan and Road Map, taking into account the materials required, budgeted waste levels and actual waste produced. Our teams analyse these three critical elements to ensure accurate materials management, redistribution of surplus materials and effective sorting of waste streams for recycling.
We understand the business imperative to reduce waste volumes and increase recycling for any waste produced. We partner with clients to achieve these goals, building transparent commercial structures that incentive risk reduction. Working in partnership, we measure the quantity of individual waste streams before they are disposed of, producing real-time figures of waste produced. This data supports monitoring of waste production and allows unusual production trends to be identified during construction.
TECHNOLOGY ENABLED
Our innovation focus builds on the strong foundations of our core services of delivery handling, traffic management, materials movement, waste and sustainability, sitewide labour support and workforce safety and community wellbeing. We work with technology partners like Datascope to monitor CO₂ emissions and delivery performance, helping clients achieve their targets.
Our approach allows early, proactive intervention supporting the overall site planning which in turn reduces reactive resource, boosts accountability and improves cost control. Our cost control and budget management is supported by the Shore Group Portal, delivering real-time reporting and visibility.
