INTEGRATED DELIVERY
As Principal Contractor, we assume full responsibility for all construction and retail elements including strip-out, construction, fit-out, equipment storage, consolidation, installation, merchandising, and marketing material installation. Our 24/7 logistics facility supports call-off arrangements that enable just-in-time delivery and reduce on-site storage requirements.
This comprehensive approach extends to Health & Safety management, where we assume full responsibility for site safety including the coordination of nominated contractors. Our SHEQ compliance strategy is built into every business process, ensuring continuous risk management and client communication throughout project lifecycles.
Our dedicated 13,500 sq ft consolidation centre in the heart of the UK offers clients a 24 x 7 logistics solution with short- and long-term storage, fulfilment, recycling and consolidation services.

Our facilities enable off-site construction of modular elements to plinth and first-coat stage, which are then transported to site for rapid installation.
