Services
Our fire consultancy services provide specialist support across the full spectrum of fire safety compliance. We deliver PAS 9980:2022 assessments and External Wall Fire Risk Assessments, addressing the increased regulatory focus on external wall systems and façade safety.
We also undertake assessments for EWS1 forms, supporting property transactions and refinancing where external wall systems require clarity. Our team helps building owners, lenders and buyers navigate this complex area with confidence.
Our Fire Risk Assessments (Type 1–4) cover residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use properties, with each assessment tailored to building complexity, occupancy profile, and regulatory requirements.
We conduct detailed fire compartmentation surveys, identifying breaches to fire-resisting construction — including walls, floors, and service penetrations — and provide remediation specifications to restore intended fire performance. This is particularly valuable in refurbishment projects where historic alterations may have compromised original fire strategies.
Our fire door assessments review door sets against required performance standards, identifying defects, maintenance needs, and replacement priorities.
