CONSOLIDATION SERVICES

A dedicated 13,500 sq ft consolidation centre in the heart of the UK offers clients a 24 x 7 logistics solution with short- and long-term storage, fulfilment, recycling and consolidation services. Our logistics teams offer pick, pack and delivery consolidation, pre-sorted for our in-store teams to effectively unpack and arrange.

Every project is delivered by our in-house team backed by The Shore Group. Our policy of never outsourcing, enables us to have full control and responsibility for every aspect of your project.

Our turnkey retail model eliminates the complexity of managing multiple contractors and suppliers. As Principal Contractor, we assume full responsibility for project delivery, health and safety management, and coordination of all elements including strip-out, construction, fit-out, equipment storage, installation, merchandising, and marketing materials. This single point of accountability ensures streamlined communication, reduced risk, and accelerated project timelines.

Recent project successes demonstrate our capability at scale. We've delivered £4.6m worth of store format programmes, including the successful conversion of three Homebase acquisitions in Basingstoke, Leamington Spa, and Altrincham for B&Q. Our integrated services approach reduced critical path timings through rapid mobilisation and comprehensive project management across all retail and construction elements.

We've developed specialist approaches that drive efficiency and reduce costs through value engineering and innovation. For example, our Racker-Diser model utilises the same resources for plinth demolition, racking, and merchandising, reducing shopfitting time by 17% and eliminating downtime between trades. This integrated approach means stores can be ready for peak trading periods with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Our 24/7 logistics facility supports equipment storage and call-offs, enabling just-in-time delivery that reduces on-site storage requirements and accelerates installation schedules. Combined with our ability to manage B&Q nominated contractors and other specialist suppliers, we create a truly coordinated delivery environment.

PROJECT PARTNERS

Construction services include shopfront alterations, glazing, doors and fascia work, signage installation, flooring, ceiling works, decoration, carpentry, and electrical systems.
