OVERVIEW

Appointed by Overbury, our logistics and recruitment teams have been actively supporting the delivery of this project. As part of our scope, the logistics package encompasses all protection works required on site, ensuring that key areas and finishes are safeguarded throughout the construction process to maintain quality and efficiency.

SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of services includes the protection of perimeter glazing, lift lobbies, and staircases, as well as the toilets on Levels 4 and 8. It also covers the protection of sanitaryware and other finished areas, along with riser doors and handrails.

Our recruitment team has also been supporting the project, resourcing highly skilled personnel. Providing the full labour package, including security personnel, lift drivers, general labourers, handymen and supervisors, ensuring smooth site operations.

CHALLENGES

The main challenge for this package is the quick turnaround required within a nine-week period during the site setup phase.
