BW: Workplace Experts needed a reliable partner to prepare three commercial office spaces in Southampton for refurbishment. The scope covered a full strip-out and the removal of all associated waste, covering approximately 45,000 sq. ft.
Our Approach
The Shore Group was appointed in November 2025 to deliver the strip-out and waste removal works.
Once the initial works were complete, the client extended our involvement. We went on to provide logistics resources and waste management services for the remainder of the scheme, supporting the wider project team through to completion.
The Result
The project was delivered defect-free. The extension of our scope beyond the original appointment reflects the clients confidence in our team and the strength of the collaboration on site.

Sustainability and Community Impact
Waste is a significant part of any strip-out, so we looked for ways to keep usable materials in circulation. Reusable materials were donated to local charities, including the The Salvation Army for reuse and recycling, supporting local communities while reducing the amount of waste going to landfill.
