We provide comprehensive health, safety and compliance consultancy services that protect clients from regulatory risk and support safe, well-managed project delivery. Our expertise spans construction phase H&S management, building compliance and occupational safety, underpinned by decades of practical construction experience.
Our CDM Principal Designer service fulfils this critical duty-holder role, coordinating health and safety during the pre-construction phase. We develop construction phase plans, manage design-team coordination on H&S matters, and ensure residual risks are clearly communicated. Our Principal Designers combine regulatory understanding with real-world construction knowledge.
Through our CDM and Building Regulations advisory services, we help clients navigate regulatory obligations, clarifying duty-holder responsibilities, project deliverables, and compliance pathways to remove ambiguity from complex requirements.
OUR CLIENTS
We carry out construction site H&S audits to assess project performance against legal duties and industry best practice. Our audits identify non-compliances, evaluate management systems, and provide recommendations that strengthen site safety culture and reduce risk exposure.
Our access audits and DDA compliance assessments evaluate buildings against Equality Act requirements, identifying barriers to accessibility and recommending proportionate, achievable improvements for landlords, occupiers, and developers.
We undertake water hygiene risk assessments to address Legionella control under the L8 Approved Code of Practice, assessing water systems, identifying risks, and developing management plans that demonstrate compliance and reduce infection potential.
Our asbestos surveys and management plans identify asbestos-containing materials, assess their condition, and establish clear protocols for safe ongoing management. We deliver both Management Surveys for occupied buildings and Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys for intrusive works.
