We provide end-to-end project management and cost management services that give clients confidence in programme, budget, and quality outcomes. Our surveyors and project delivery professionals combine technical expertise with practical construction experience across retail, data centre, aviation, and property sectors.
Our cost management service delivers accurate budget forecasting, cost planning, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle. We prepare initial budget estimates, develop detailed cost plans as designs progress, manage tender processes and issue monthly cost reports that track committed spend against budget. Our commercial teams understand value engineering and work collaboratively with design teams to optimise specifications without compromising project objectives.
Through our Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent roles, we manage the critical interface between clients and contractors. We administer building contracts, certify payments, assess variations, manage extension-of-time claims and protect client interests throughout the construction phase. Our teams are experienced across JCT, NEC and bespoke contract forms and adapt our approach to suit project needs.
Our development monitoring service provides lenders, investors, and funders with independent oversight of construction projects. We review progress against programme, evaluate cost and quality performance and report on emerging risks, giving financial stakeholders confidence that projects are being delivered as intended.
Our development management offering provides a fully managed solution, taking responsibility for coordinating design teams, procuring contractors, managing construction, and delivering completed projects aligned with brief, budget and programme.
