OVERVIEW

The Shore Group partnered with BECK Interiors to deliver the prestigious Curzon Street development in Mayfair, a luxury residential project showcasing meticulous craftsmanship and seamless service integration. Over a four-year collaboration, The Shore Group’s Integrated Services and Recruitment Services teams provided skilled operatives to support the fit-out phase, ensuring exceptional results throughout.

SCOPE OF WORK

The project comprised the fit-out of 32 residences, ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, as well as premium communal amenities including a spa and wellness level with a 65-foot swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. The Shore Group was entrusted with the full fit-out works following the first fix, delivering high-end finishes across kitchens, utility rooms, and bathrooms, and ensuring each residence reflected the luxury standards of the development.

CHALLENGES

Delivering millimetre-perfect precision on luxury finishes was critical, particularly in the installation of pre-cut, book-matched marble. This required exceptional skill and accuracy, with no margin for error, in order to achieve the flawless look expected of such a high-profile development.
