1-year data centre programme of M&E fitout working in partnership for high-profile end client at data centre site. The Shore Group managed the delivery of a core team of 15 engineers on-site throughout the programme ramping capacity up to a peak of an additional 50 engineers to support peak periods.

Fixed-price delivery responsibility included a fully-scoped works package, H&S requirements and risk management for the programme.
