OVERVIEW
This project represents Phase 2 of the Langstone Technology Park development, involving the construction of three industrial units that together provide more than 95,000 square feet of modern industrial space.
SCOPE OF WORK
Our works cover the full range of civil engineering requirements for the development. This includes foundations, foul and storm drainage, incoming service trenches, external concrete yard slabs, Section 51 highways footpath construction and both hard and soft landscaping.

A central feature of our work at Langstone Technology Park is the installation of an interceptor tank, specifically designed to prevent oil, grease and solids from entering the main sewer network. This environmentally conscious solution demonstrates our commitment to integrating sustainable infrastructure throughout the project.
