Thirty High, London

OVERVIEW

Thirty High is a landmark 30-storey redevelopment in the heart of London Victoria, transforming a 1960s building into 300,000 sq ft of premium office space, a rooftop restaurant, and retail outlets. Scheduled for completion in summer 2025, the scheme is being delivered in partnership with Landsec and McLaren Construction Group, and is set to redefine the skyline while meeting the growing demand for sustainable, Grade A office environments in prime, well-connected locations.

SCOPE OF WORK

The Shore Group is delivering multi-division support, including:

• Logistics services – led by Logistics Manager Marius Catalin Dragan, overseeing a 32-person logistics team managing site access, security, delivery scheduling, and lifting operations in a highly congested urban location.

• M&E works – providing skilled teams for a price-work package covering high- and low-level power and lighting installations.

• General site labour – supplying experienced operatives to assist multiple contractors on site.

SOCIAL VALUE / SUSTAINABILITY

The project has generated over 70 job opportunities, with more than 30 skilled operatives currently on site. Through partnerships with Strive Development Ltd, Westminster City Council, and local organisations, The Shore Group has provided targeted employment and training for local residents, ensuring the development benefits the surrounding community.

CHALLENGES

Coordinating complex logistics and M&E activities in a live, high-density city centre site with up to 450 operatives working at peak required careful planning and strong leadership. The project also demanded the smooth integration of multiple teams from different disciplines to maintain programme efficiency.
