10 Year Celebrations

Three more team members have now reached their 10-year anniversary, bringing our total to nine! This milestone comes in the same year we celebrated our 16th birthday as a company.

Jack Wickens, our Credit Control Manager, has reached his 10-year anniversary. Having been with the business through the development stages Jack is a key member of our team. 

A few words from our Co-Founder James Hobden: 

“Jack has now been with us for 10 years – hard to believe, and so much has changed in that period for the Group, as well as for Jack and his family personally - we are very proud to have been a small part of that journey. One of the most significant changes in the business, as highlighted by Jack during his (slightly under duress) speech was that the front and back office work now closely together – the credit control team is no longer seen as 'business prevention'; they are an integral part of the support team – the sometimes unsung heroes that are the lifeblood of the Group, working closely with the delivery teams. Thank you Jack!” 

Furthermore, Charlotte Carr has reached her 10-year milestone with our Recruitment division, and Rebecca Colmer has recently celebrated her 10 years within our Accounts team.

“Over the past decade, both Charlotte and Becs have adapted to many changes, starting in our Kent Division and now contributing to the success of our Hove Head Office. Their expertise and dedication have been invaluable to our growth and achievements as a business. They have both worked directly with me and are just great people nothing is to much and they have a huge amount of determination. Charlotte plays a pivotal role in our Recruitment team, supporting Tier 1 clients with their hiring needs. Meanwhile, Becs has become essential to our Accounts team, bringing extensive knowledge and experience from her work across both the Recruitment and Accounts divisions. Well done both and thank you for all your hard work!”
