Langstone Park Interceptor Tank Installation

Work that happens underground sometimes goes unnoticed.
But it’s where vital project infrastructure takes shape.
At Langstone Park, our Civils team has been working hard beneath the surface, installing critical drainage systems, including an interceptor tank designed to stop oil, grease and solids from entering the main sewer network. It’s a reminder that protecting the environment begins with well-designed infrastructure.
Led by Project Manager Wayne Wilkinson, our team delivered the interceptor tank installation to such a high standard that an external consultant documented it as a benchmark for best practice.
The quality of work didn’t just receive recognition, it secured us additional scope.
We’re currently working with Principal Contractor Mildren Construction Limited to help deliver a 95,000 sq ft mixed-use commercial hub. Our role covers everything from drainage and foundations to slab yards and roads, all designed with net-zero operations and a BREEAM Excellent target in mind.
