It’s time to recognise three individuals who consistently set the standard on site.

Throughout 2025 and into 2026, Wayne Wilkinson, Andy Sayers and Ciprian Satnoianu have demonstrated what strong site leadership looks like across Civils, Integrated Services and Site Logistics. Their approach is clear and consistent: no fuss, no shortcuts, and a focus on doing things the right way.

Each of them delivers safe, well-organised projects, remains calm under pressure and ensures that Health and Safety is embedded into daily site operations. Their commitment reflects not only individual professionalism but also the wider culture across The Shore Group.

As the business continues to grow, maintaining high Health and Safety standards remains a priority. While frameworks and processes provide structure, it is the people on site who bring these standards to life. Wayne, Andy and Ciprian exemplify the behaviours and mindset that underpin this culture.
