Celebrating Shore’s 17th Birthday

Seventeen years ago, The Shore Group was just getting started.

Founded by Lewis Yorke-Johnson and James Hobden, they wanted to transform the way construction recruitment was delivered.

Today, as we celebrate our 17th birthday, it’s clear how far we’ve come.

We remain incredibly proud of our heritage in construction recruitment.

It’s what sits at the heart of our services, including site logistics, civil engineering, property works, retail, contracting, payroll and facilities management.

And it’s what gives us the speed, scale and agility to deliver.

Over the past year, our team has grown rapidly, more colleagues have become 10-year legends, and we’ve delivered bigger, more complex, more demanding projects across the Group.

Our divisions work seamlessly together, providing integrated solutions across the built environment, property, retail, data, utilities and infrastructure sectors for some of the UK’s biggest names.

New systems make project planning and delivery more efficient, improving outcomes for clients.

At the same time, our teams have achieved record health and safety scores, ensuring people and projects are always protected.

Seventeen years is a milestone we’re proud of, but it’s only the beginning.

With a growing team and expanding services, the future is even more exciting.
