The Shore Group Joins The CHIC AUOR Scheme

We’re thrilled to announce that The Shore Group has been awarded “Approved Contractor” status by the Communities and Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) on its All Under One Roof (AUOR) DPS scheme.
The CHIC DPS system serves as a trusted resource for local authorities, public sector bodies and housing associations, enabling them to identify pre-qualified contractors for a variety of construction and maintenance works.
CHIC’s AUOR initiative is a comprehensive, compliant and efficient solution designed to simplify procurement. It offers a seamless one-stop-shop for accessing a wide range of services through a single compliant route.
The Shore Group is now positioned to tender for opportunities that align with members' project needs, whether planning small-scale refurbishments, retrofit, civils works or planned and preventative maintenance.
