OVERVIEW

The Shore Group’s Property & FM team successfully delivered a modern and functional office refurbishment for Jensten Insurance in Littlehampton. The project was completed on time, within budget and to a high standard of health and safety compliance, transforming the workplace into a contemporary and efficient environment.

SCOPE OF WORK

The refurbishment included the full strip-out of existing partition and blockwork walls, the removal of the old kitchenette, and the disconnection of all existing electrical systems, including lighting. New glazed partition walls were installed to create modern meeting rooms, alongside a fully fitted kitchen featuring an under-counter Zip boiler. The team also delivered a full upgrade of electrics, including lighting and data infrastructure, complete redecoration throughout the office, and the installation of new flooring across the entire space.

The project required careful coordination to ensure that the strip-out, electrical works, and fit-out phases were completed seamlessly, without delays or disruption to the agreed timeline and budget.
