OVERVIEW

The Shore Group’s Property and FM team successfully delivered a comprehensive refurbishment programme for Morden College. The project encompassed painting, decorating, kitchen and bathroom replacements, carpet fitting, tiling, suspended ceiling works and electrical installations. Despite an initial six-week plan, the project was delivered ahead of schedule and within budget, minimising disruption for residents and ensuring outstanding quality.

SCOPE OF WORK

The project required complete internal refurbishments across residential units, incorporating the replacement of kitchens and bathrooms, painting and decorating throughout, new carpet fitting, tiling works, suspended ceiling installations and electrical system upgrades.
