OVERVIEW
The Shore Group acted as Principal Contractor for B&Q in Hedge End, Southampton, on a 4-week turnkey project refit. The delivery model provided a single point of contact from project initiation to re-merchandising, improving communication and reducing customer impact.
SCOPE OF WORK
Installation of a new entry point for delivery access, new Fast doors, white lining, groundworks including ramp, concrete repairs, Armco barriers, reconfiguration and re-merchandising, fire risk assessment works, building fabric works and electrical works including MHE charging bays.
