B&Q Stanmore required a comprehensive refit to improve store efficiency and customer experience, completed within a four-week timeframe. The Shore Group’s Integrated Services team delivered both internal and external upgrades, ensuring a modern, functional retail environment.
SCOPE OF WORK
Installation of welfare compound with offices, toilets, and storage; reconfiguration of racking; installation of trolley bay and key clamp barriers; thermoplastic line painting; concrete repairs in Garden Centre; new illuminated signage; floor repairs; electrical and data upgrades; renewed fire signage; installation of timber saw with associated electrical and fire alarm works.
